• 60-minute Initial Intake & Diagnostic= $165 per session 
• 60-minute Individual Therapy Session = $185 per session
• 60-minute Couples Therapy Session = $200 per session
• 60-minute Family Therapy Session = $250 per session
• 90-minute Individual / Couples / Family Crisis Therapy Session = $250 per session
• 90-minute Group Therapy Session = $50 per session

 

NOTE: A Sliding Scale Fee Payment Adjustment Form or a Pro Bono Fee Payment Adjustment Form 

are available upon request. Certain income requirements must be met.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any appointments cancelled 24 hours or less from the scheduled appointment will incur a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellation reasons may be disputed with Solutions 4 Success for understandable and unforeseen reasons with verification.
